ATHLETIC TURF WASH

Athletic Turf Wash (ATW) developed a proprietary chemical cleaning solution designed to be the ultimate defense for maintaining and cleaning athletic turf. The company aims to demonstrate its product at high schools and universities while becoming the subject matter expert on the importance of turf cleaning. Despite the innovation in their product, ATW faced challenges with lead generation and brand awareness.

Brand Development and Social Media Presence

  • Brand Voice Creation: Developed a unique and compelling brand voice for ATW that conveyed expertise, reliability, and innovation. The tone was tailored to resonate with athletic directors and facility managers who prioritize maintaining high-quality playing surfaces.
  • Content Strategy: Crafted a content strategy that included educational posts, product benefits, case studies, and engaging visuals. The goal was to build brand recognition and foster engagement with the target audience on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Email Campaigns

  • Targeted Outreach: Created and executed email campaigns aimed at high school athletic directors, facility managers, etc. across the U.S. The emails included information such as the benefits of regular turf maintenance and included calls-to-action to engage with the website.
  • Educational Content: Incorporated links to informative blog posts on turf maintenance, product specifics, etc., offering value to recipients and encouraging them to learn more about the importance of turf maintenance and cleaning.

Seed School Initiatives

  • Targeted Outreach: Created and executed email campaigns aimed at high school athletic directors, facility managers, etc. across the U.S. The emails included information such as the benefits of regular turf maintenance and included calls-to-action to engage with the website.
  • Demonstrations: Facilitated live demonstrations at schools such as Marshall University, Vestavia Hills High School, and Hoover High School to showcase the product and walk potential clients through cleaning and maintaining the turf.

Results

The Team IP x BRAINBOX partnership culminated in April 2023 and is still in motion today. After just 8 months of partnership, Team IP’s social reach increased an average of 316% across platforms. Through 8 total email campaigns, Team IP has averaged a 23% open rate with a click-through rate of 3.3%.

BRAINBOX also accomplished to increase Team IP’s google reviews in a month’s time from 1.8 stars to 4.6 stars. BRAINBOX implemented a strategy to offer a discount for each review through the month of April, in return Team IP received 200 reviews through this promotion.
