Challenge:

Being a leader in the industry for over 30 years, Team IP was already a leader in the world of sports merchandising. They realized that the digital landscape is ever-evolving which led them to reach out to BrainBox to elevate their social media presence and reach in the digital world. The focus of this relationship was on increasing social media following, modernizing messaging, improving Google reviews, and increasing the number of nurtured marketing qualified leads delivered to their sales team.

Objective:

Elevate brand visibility and drive engagement for Team IP through organic and targeted marketing strategies, fostering increased brand recognition, and support in creating a stronger online presence. 

Strategies

Team IP aims to solidify its position as the premier souvenir merchandiser for amateur sports in the United States, and BRAINBOX is dedicated to contributing to this goal. Our plan involves establishing a robust online presence for Team IP, leveraging key social platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X, and LinkedIn. Employing paid social and email campaigns, BRAINBOX will actively generate marketing qualified leads, enhancing customer retention and furthering Team IP’s success.

Customer Interactions

  • Increased the customer-curated Google Reviews from 1.7 Stars to 4.6 Stars
  • Integrated the first customer service dashboard into Monday.com (CRM system). This included easy access and reference for whole Team IP customer relations.

Results

The Team IP x BRAINBOX partnership culminated in April 2023 and is still in motion today. After just 8 months of partnership, Team IP’s social reach increased an average of 316% across platforms. Through 8 total email campaigns, Team IP has averaged a 23% open rate with a click-through rate of 3.3%.

BRAINBOX also accomplished to increase Team IP’s google reviews in a month’s time from 1.8 stars to 4.6 stars. BRAINBOX implemented a strategy to offer a discount for each review through the month of April, in return Team IP received 200 reviews through this promotion.
