Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the BBIM sales team with effective pipeline management and insightful client intel
- Monitor and assist our sales team’s contribution/performance on an ongoing basis
- Maintain sales pipeline and activities through use of sales intelligence and automation platforms
- Be part of the creative team who develops new activations, campaigns and opportunities
- Review, track and report weekly sales to measure progress toward BBIM’s business goals
- Attend weekly sales meetings and provide insights on what’s working and what’s not
- Identify new opportunities, new leads, and assist sales team in establishing client relationships
- Work closely with Operations Team to vet new properties and manage client relationships
- Assist in the expansion of BBIM’s properties through new sponsorships and new properties
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in sports marketing sales and/or corporate sales
- Experience working with WINMO, SharpSpring or a similar CRM, and social media networking
- Knowledge of sales best practices and sales metrics
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet with a deep understanding of social media applications and their reach
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral in a professional manner
- Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Enjoy travel, sports and entertainment
- Possess a fun outgoing professional approach to being a part of a successful team
