CHALLENGE: The US Army needed to recruit age-qualified leads for the Army’s National Hiring Days initiative. This became challenging for the Army as the COVID-19 policies made it difficult to interact with potential prospects.

This campaign determined the best Army career position for the user based on their responses to specific questions. This aspirational and insightful campaign for the Army’s target market drove qualified traffic and captured age-qualified leads from a specific geographic footprint.​ This campaign specifically aligned with late Gen-Z/Early Millennial prospects on social media platforms.
