BRAINBOX developed a national digital campaign that highlighted the top 10 career positions available in support of the Army’s National Hiring Days initiative. This campaign determined the best Army career position for the user based on their responses to specific questions. This aspirational and insightful campaign for the Army’s target market drove qualified traffic and captured age-qualified leads from a specific geographic footprint. This campaign specifically aligned with late Gen-Z/Early Millennial prospects on social media platforms. Challenge:
The U.S Army needed to recruit age-qualified leads for the Army’s National Hiring Days initiative. However, Army personnel were limited in their ability to meet these goals and interact with potential prospects due to ‘stay at home’ and social distancing policies caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The campaign drove the Army’s target market and age-qualified leads to their website.
